Al aluminum construction, single piece aluminum roof, LED lighting throughout, 2 x 10,000lb STI independent air bag suspension axles, with hydraulic disc brakes. All walls fully insulted, ceiling fully insulated and lined. Dual electric/ hydraulic jacks, FLETTNER wind powered ventilators in the ceiling throughout.


REAR HORSE AREA: SURE STEP flooring in all horse and tack area, interior walls lined to with utility lining, Rear ramp, with "DUTCH" doors with slide windows above,3 forward facing stalls in the rear, access doors, with slide windows, to each side at horses heads.
Horse ties in each stall, mounted high to facilitate cross tying.


FRONT HORSE AREA: 4ft mid-tack room, with internal access door,4 x adjustable saddle racks on removable post, 30 bridle hooks, 2 x brush trays, slide window on one side. 3 x stalls for rear facing horses.


LIVING QUARTERS: Soft touch walls and ceiling, carpeted bunk area, with hanging closet across front,2 burner cook top, with glass cover, range hood, toilet, shower, and plenty of storage.
