DOG AREA is a 7ft straight wall, with door into LQ and gate into horse area.12 aluminum dog boxes that have doors on both ends, 2 access doors to dog boxes, each with 2 slide windows. Entrance door to dog room with window on curb side, rubber mat on floor and in dog boxes. Walls and ceiling are insulated and lined, with plenty of hooks on the walls.


HORSE AREA is 10 ft with stock openings both sides and polycarbonate strips to enclose. Feed mangers with storage area below, with two outside access doors. Rear ramp with rear tack has saddles racks, bridle hooks and a brush tray.

LIVING QUARTERS is a 10 ft straight wall. Walls and ceiling are soft touch. Sofa/sleeper, western hardware package, insulated floors, microwave, 2 burner glass cook top. Solid wood raised panel doors, 6cuft refrigerator, electric fireplace; 16000 btu furnace, AC. Bunk area is carpeted, and has front shirt closet and mattress. Equipped with stereo/CD player with remote control and outside speakers. Stainless steel sink, overhead cabinets. Pocket door to bathroom, neo angle shower with glass door, Toilet, vanity, mirrored medicine cabinet and linen closet. Electric awning and flat screen TV included.
